About
Steve was a gentle soul with a heart full of kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering faith. A proud Kansas State Wildcat and lifelong Ford fanatic, he found joy in the details, especially when it came to vintage tools, appliances, and his ever-growing collection of scale model and diecast cars. He was a dedicated member of the Ford Galaxie Club of Kansas City and loved connecting with others through his favorite online communities.
Despite facing extraordinary medical challenges, including 52 surgeries and countless hospital stays, Steve never complained. Instead, he uplifted those around him with his faith, patience, and constant encouragement. He was a cherished part of his church and choir, where his presence radiated quiet warmth.
Steve’s greatest pride and joy was his family, who were continually inspired by his strength, his grace, and his ability to love unconditionally.
To know Steve was to know resilience, compassion, and the quiet power of a life well lived.
